This 3-bedroom home in the centre of Macisvenda offers a genuinely rare opportunity to own a home that feels as though it has been frozen in time. Stepping through the door is like taking a journey back several decades, where original furnishings, vintage wallpapers, retro lighting and authentic period details have remained beautifully preserved, offering a fascinating glimpse into traditional Spanish village life.

Occupying a generous footprint above a large garage and storage area which leads to the walled courtyard garden area, the home offers spacious accommodation throughout, including three bedrooms, a good sized bathroom, a substantial living room, deceptively big kitchen, utility spaces and additional storage rooms. Plus an upstairs kitchen which is a large covered space with fireplace crying out to be made into a snug, a 4th bedroom or games room/office/snug.

While the property would benefit from complete updating and modernisation, it provides the perfect blank canvas for anyone looking to create a stunning village home while retaining its unique character and charm. Whether your vision is a stylish contemporary residence, a holiday retreat, an artist's hideaway or an investment property, the possibilities are endless.

The large ground-floor garage and workshop area offer valuable additional space for parking, storage, hobbies or future development, subject to the relevant permissions. Plus there is outdoor space by way of a sunny courtyard ripe for a pretty garden to relax in and would be perfect for a private plunge pool to enjoy in the warm weather!

A Dream Project for Lovers of Character Properties

Properties like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Rather than a stripped-out renovation project, this home still retains many of its original features and personality, allowing a new owner to decide exactly how much of its history to preserve.

Every room offers a nostalgic reminder of another era, making this an ideal purchase for buyers who appreciate authenticity, craftsmanship and the charm of traditional Spanish homes.

Imagine restoring the original features, introducing modern comforts and creating a truly unique home that combines old-world character with contemporary living.

Investment Potential

With village properties in sought-after inland locations continuing to attract both national and international buyers, this apartment presents an exciting opportunity for investors and renovators alike.

The generous room sizes, central location and large garage space provide excellent potential for value enhancement through renovation. The property could serve as:

• A permanent residence
• A lock-up-and-leave holiday home
• A long-term rental investment
• A character-filled Airbnb or guest accommodation
• A renovation and resale project

For those looking beyond the obvious, this property offers significant scope to create something truly special.
